Plan for tomorrow at the end of today.

Take 15 minutes at the end of every day to create tomorrow’s to-do list. This habit of planning will give you the gift of focus, allowing you to get a jump-start the next morning. In a sense, you’re creating a map for the following day.

I do this in addition to cleaning off my kitchen counter at the end of the day. This gives the gift of an uncluttered space in the morning-not items that need attention. Start the day on a calm note.
