August 15 is National Relaxation Day.

Even if you can’t dedicate the entire day to yourself, try to set aside at least an hour or two. Schedule a mani-pedi, take yourself out to a ballgame, see a movie, soak in a relaxing bath, read a magazine, have lunch with a pal, or do whatever else brings you joy. You’re worth it!
