Jot down
the names of your household’s top 14 favorite meals. Then, on your calendar,
decide which meals you’ll make for the upcoming seven days. Start a grocery
list so you can buy all necessary supplies for a week’s meals next time you
shop. Or better yet, try to use up what you have in the pantry/freezer. Studies show one can save money on groceries by making less trips to the store since excess items usually make it into the cart each time you shop.
You can add on to this list over time and increase your favorites so you can do once a month meal planning.
